Peak Support can provide remote support via a dial-in modem or secure VPN connection and using remote control software, securely connect to the server and client workstations to assist in identification of the particular problem. The majority of software problems can be resolved by remote connection to your system, however, in the unlikely event that a solution cannot be completed remotely, an engineer will attend site to resolve the issues. All labour, travel and expenses are included as part of this support agreement.
