We offer a range of support agreements tailored to the clients requirements. Peak Support Services currently hold maintenance stocks in excess of £ 75,000 to ensure critical maintenance equipment items are made available to our client base. All hardware support calls are logged on our call logging system and our customer support team will determine the precise nature of the problem and parts required. A systems engineer will be despatched with the required parts to resolve the problem. A range of response times are available and the agreement covers on site repair and if necessary replacement or loan of equipment whilst the original equipment is being repaired in our engineering workshops. All engineering time, travel, parts, loan equipment, spares etc are provided as part of the hardware support agreement.
